Dedicated HR SPOC for Commercial / Customer Care, ensuring program and HR services delivery to assigned locations (within UAE and ad hoc HR audit / project support with outsourced partners)This role primarily delivers the HR People Agenda permeating from the corporate function, including catering for localized needs. There is also a strong emphasis on setting up and maintaining HR compliance / auditing and fostering & maintaining positive employee relations. As the transition to outsourcing increases, this role will evolve to ensure partner compliance with HR related du standards / profiling for partner resources and related initiative to support compliance to du standards and alignment with Brand Values
Minimum 7 years progressive HR Management experience. This role is generalist in nature. Candidates must be able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding and ability in all facets of HR.Prior experience of working with a Senior Operations Management Team is paramount. This includes interpretation of business needs and imperatives, and digging deeper on “surface issues” to understand root causes, in order to identify viable solutions.
Candidates must have a working knowledge and understanding of Call Centre / Contact Centre Environments, and the specific Human Capital challenges related to the same
Previous experience is a distinct advantage, along with the ability to work with and engage a diverse workforce (multi-cultural and languages)
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills, including Data Interpretation, Presentation Skills, Report Writing
